Hello everyone! I'm 38 years old and started Community College this year.?

My goal is a transfer to USF and a degree in Mecahnical Engineering. Maybe even continuing on for the Master's in ME. Oh, I also have a family and work more than full-time. Any tips on time management? Any advice? And last but not least, is this possible?
