I have great work experience w/ an i-bank, 690 on GMAT.Can I get into Stanford & HBS or should i retake GMATs?

I'm just trying to figure out the best allocation of my time. I know a 690 is within the top 5's range, but its a little below average. Just looking for advice on whether I should retake it or just focus on my applications. My work experience is toward the upper echelon on the institutional side in trading for an I-bank for 5 years. Thanks for your help!
