If I'm eating 2 Servings of Oatmeal, is it defeating the fact that I went Running?
My Summer of fun is over, and time to get myself back in gear. (I only gained 5 pounds woohoo!!) Anyways this is my first week back into running and I'm starting off simple. My routine this week has been, cup of Coffee at 7:30 (I know!!! But it helps me wake up) Running at 8:30, done around 9:10. Cool off, shower ect; Then about 10am I eat the real oatmeal oat..not the sugary ones. Problem is one serving isn't quite enough, I'll be hungry again in maybe 2 hours. So I been making 2 servings (with a little maple syrup). As Big as that bowl is, I'm suprised I never get stuffed. Since I eat it around 10:20-10:30 my excuse has been I didn't have breakfast and it can be my lunch...so its Brunch. But I am wondering is eating the 2 servings is "Xing" out the run I just did, or am I doing good because its 2 servings of oatmean and not cold cereal, or burgers.
