Legend Of Zelda Majoras Mask. I NEED HELP BADLY!!!?

Ok. After I beat the skull kid the first time what am I supposed to do. I'm playin all of the Zelda games from the first one to Phantom Hourgl. I posted an OOT question. I need help with this game. Any Zelda gamers will give me the right question. :)
