How to put up these bangs?

Of course. They can be pinned the same way as side swept bangs can be, you'll just need more barettes/bobby pins. You'll need one for the shorter layer on the far side, and one for the longer layer that is closest to the side you are pinning them on. My bangs are like the ones you're trying to get. You can even pull them straight back and pin them there.
