I need to find out about my dreams?

i keep on having the same dream its about a ghost but i cant see it's face, it seems 2 by hidin in my house and when i walk in it grabs me by the neck and strangles me. i then wake up fightin and cant get my breath,i know this sounds funny but it is so scary, can ne1 help.
