Red line from infection?

Im freaking out because my sister has a redline from her burn mark. She said that she would be fine that she was ok. I told her that it could get to her heart. My Dad's giving her antibiotic but I don't know what that is. Am I freaking out to much or should she see the doctors? I want her too but she won't because of debt.
