Say there is a get together of underaged drinkers. If I cover my windows and be quiet am I safe from police?

If you are not having a loud party that will draw attention to your house then don't worry about it. It would be a good idea not to brag about it or else the people you did not invite will more than likely rat you out. You are not required to answer the door but if you do and we peek in and see any minor that appears drunk or alcohol we can come take a look inside. If you answer the door and you are a minor and we smell an alcoholic beverage emitting from your breath and peson, you will be tested, questioned and then we will check out the rest of the party. Underage drinking is illegal. If your parents are home while this is going on or if they have knowledge of it and do not care, they will get busted too. Id say the best thing to do is to keep the party small, quiet and don't let everyone find out about it. Dont act like a bunch of drunk idiots or play loud music and your party should go undetected. But still... shame on you!! (had to add that) You and your parents will be held responsible for anything that happens at or away from the house to anyone that was there. Plan on having a sleep over and don't let anyone leave who had been drinking.
