Wizards are attempting to trade butler+haywood for al harrington?

is this honestly a fair trade? i think the wizards are getting ripped off here, haywood is developing into an all star center and butler is the captain on the wizards. al is a great player, but he will most likely be coming off the bench just like he did in NY
