Are the NY Giants/NY Jets really New Jerseys Team?

Ok the Giants/Jets played at the Polo Grounds in the beginning. Later the Giants played at Yankee stadium and the Jets at Shea. The Giants decided to move to E. Rutherford, NJ because of the run down Yankee Stadium that was only designed for baseball. In '72 construction began on Giants Stadium (aka the meadowlands) After construction was completed, the Giants hosted their first game in Giants Stadium/Meadowlands in '76. The Jets rolled in '84 after leaving Shea. Now for 31 years the Giants have played in NJ and the Jets for 23 years. The Giants and Jets have signed a contract that the future stadium will be home to Giants/Jets for the next 99 years in NJ. Now they have played in NJ for decades and now they are here for another 99 years, they will never step foot in NY to play another game. Sorry in my opinion the Giants/Jets are NJ's teams, sorry NY. This is perfect, this is NYC, to bad the Superbowl champs brought the trophy across the river next to XXI, and XXV trophies.
