How to get Open Nat on two Xbox 360s one connected with via wi-fi, and one with a cord?

We are using a Verizon Gateway Actiontec Model: GT704-WGB. I have tried upnp, and DMZ hosting but it only gives open Nat on one and moderate on the other. Please ask if you need more info.
